Oi! I'm a Brazilian/Italian designer with over 10 years of experience helping clients in Latin America and US to create experiences that amaze users and grow business. I'm currently at IPSY shaping and enhancing our members’ journey by crafting a seamless and intuitive user experience while flexing my skills as a designer, manager, and thought leader. 

My projects impacted more than 1 billion users across the globe and positively helped businesses and processes. Some of my clients include companies such as Google, Coca-Cola, Siemens and Walmart. 

My creative process considers how brands, systems and people interact and behave – and how to combine it all in an intelligent and meaningful way to the user.

On being creative

I believe that creativity comes from having great ideas and working hard - that it's 20% inspiration and 80% sweating. So being someone that works hard on turning ideas into something more (creative, innovative, interesting) to move things forward is what defines me. In my work, I always make sure we know the core problem we're trying to solve and find the best way to communicate the story we need to tell.

On leadership

Leaders are people you want to follow and admire. Whether they work with you on a project or a soccer team, they inspire you through action and ensure that everyone is an essential part of a larger goal.

On empowerment

I feel empowered whenever I hear good things about myself, my work, or how I lead teams. Recognition is something that we need to make a habit. Letting people know that they inspire you evokes great feelings not only from the one who hears it but also from those who share it. This empowers me to constantly communicate to people how valued they are.

On advice
